For years we have read about the incomparable Sudi on Cruise Critic. It was always said that he was the best bartender on the seas. Better than Tom Cruise in Cocktail. We had heard but we hadn’t seen. When we boarded Century there was this great bartender in the Martini Bar who did magic tricks and could really shake a shaker.

Two nights later we realized that it was none other than the unbelievable Sudi. Back from his 11 month vacation in Bali where he got married, had a child and started an import/export business as well as a website to promote tourism in Bali.

We thought we would share Sudi with the world. I had to cut this in half and splice it back together again to take out the part where he has to go and grab some more ingredients. Enjoy!
